Don manufactures a quality range of disc brake pads for all Truck, Trailer and Bus vehicle applications.  With over 80 part numbers in the current range, the company provides friction solutions across a range of brake system and caliper designs i.e. Bendix, Brembo, Haldex, Knorr-Bremse, Meritor, Wabco and Teves.

All Air-Disc brake pads are now manufactured to incorporate brass-pin (TMD patented) or cast-iron back-plate designs.  Both technologies provide mechanical fix, weight and thermal resistance solutions i.e. 100% protection against friction material detachment, even under the most arduous speed, pressure and temperature conditions.

Pads manufactured for Knorr-Bremse applications are packaged to include OE fitting kits.  These OE fitting kits include; caliper bridge plates, brake pad retention springs and caliper accessories, ensuring that the pads are correctly 'pre-loaded' in the caliper.  These essential safety critical components prevent excessive vibration, noise and uneven wear.
