We are pleased to announce the launch of our new CV Parts Catalogue. This 115-page catalogue provides DON brake pad fitment information for all Truck, Trailer and Bus applications. Range coverage totals 228 references, comprising 171 Pads (including LCV), 20 Fitting Kits and 37 Wear Indicator accessories. 
Designed in a user-friendly format, part number identification is quick and easy.

Part number I.D - made easy
Product links between Brake Pad and Accessories are very clearly defined; enabling users to quickly find the correct wear indicator or accessory kit for each pad part number; alternatively, the correct pad for each accessory.

Technical Information
Full size pad illustrations (including dimensions) help users identify and confirm the correct product specification by size. Vehicle make/s, brake manufacturer/caliper types and accessory details are also featured in this section. DON, Textar and Pagid part number x-references compliment this technical data.
 
Although many of the DON CV pads come complete with O.E fitting kits as standard, we list a range of Accessories. These are an essential service items, making pad installation quicker and easier; they also ensure that pads are correctly ‘loaded’ in the caliper (preventing overheating, rapid wear and noise). The fitting kit part numbers are shown as photo images (including essential pad part number links)
 
The Wear Indicator section provides specification details i.e. lead length and plug type (photo’s and schematic versions). Again, product link information helps users identify the correct lead for each pad part number and vehicle application.
 
The Buyers’ Guide provides a quick overview of the DON CV pad range (including LCV applications). TMD x-refs, brake types and vehicle makes are also featured in this section.

The O.E x-ref section lists all pad part numbers in Vehicle Manufacturer order; cross-referenced to DON, Textar and Pagid part numbers.

The Notes section at the back of the catalogue provides users with an opportunity to list any new range additions - going forward.
